Have you recently announced that historic data will be deleted? Your stats (Report by Time Period) show me for 2007 and 2008 12.15 USD earnings. That's wrong. In addition, the unpaid amount was not 12.15 USD. Sorry, but I do not have the feeling, that everything is ok and maybe you could just forward me a check that includes the unpaid saldo? I recommend to use the # Report by Offer data to find out how much unpaid money you should still forward me. This data seems not to be corrupt. According to my estimation, you should pay me several times more than 12.15 USD. So I hope that you correct this issue. Sorry, but your data is inconsistent and you have internal stats that are several times more reliable - according to Karen, who has recently given me "wrong" numbers. Good luck for your business!

Hello Rem - I'm sorry to hear you sounding so dissatisfied with your RevResponse reports. I may be able to clarify what you're seeing. If you're looking at your historical earnings with us in the report by time period as daily stats, we only show 3 months of data. This is in an effort to allow our reports to load without getting stuck. If you want to see your historical earnings for the past year + I'd recommend looking at the report by time period by month.

I can see how this is confusing, but I guarantee we do everything possible to ensure we pay our partners their earnings.

If you'd like me to get you a copy of your payment history from our accounting department I'll be happy to email you with the statistics for all of the earning we have paid you for and the current outstanding amount we owe to you. Let me know and I'll get you that information.

Please let me know if there's any other information I can give you to help you feel more settled about our payment process and accurate reporting of your earnings.

Ok, yes I have found the data. 49.05 USD. According your stats, I would have to wait several months to get this single subscription. So I stopped any promotions last month.

Either my people are saturated or the industry.

Hello Rem,
Can I ask you to clarify what you mean by "According your stats, I would have to wait several months to get this single subscription"? I'm not sure I understand what you are referring to.

Additionally, if you feel that your previous promotions weren't bringing in the activity you'd hoped for, I encourage you to work with your account manager. Vince would be happy to help you find new offers to promote and to help you create some new methods for displaying them to your audience. While it's entirely up to you to promote, I think you could give it another shot before giving up completely.

I'll have Vince shoot you an email with a few suggestions.

Let me know what we can do to help you earn with us.
