"last e-mail" notification from unnamed account manager?
I received an e-mail today, along with a survey asking why I am leaving RevReponse.
First, let me be clear. I am not planning to leave RevResponse. Second, I received this e-mail with NO heads up and NO prior warning. Third, the e-mail talks to me in the first person, saying "I am sad to say...", but does not identify who "I" is. Fourth, It says. "before you go...". I was not planning to go anywhere. I just started two active promotions on two of my podcasts. The fact that they have not yet generated any leads is not my fault and does not mean I haven't been promoting RevResponse offers, because I have. I take offense to that accusation.
This is the e-mail I received from RevResponse:
It's been over two months since your last active month and earnings payment. I am sad to say that this will be my last email regarding your inactivity and partnership.
Before you go...
I am wondering, what happened? Why did you stop promoting free RevResponse offers and monetizing your audience? Would you please answer this short 3 question survey to help us improve the network?

The question is, what is going on at RevResponse? Okay, I answered the survey and it was written as if I was dissatisfied for some reason and was the one leaving, which doesn't make any sense. I never had issues with RevResponse, at least not until I received this survey, and I certainly am not planning to cut and run.
Also, this e-mail is weird because it is written in the first person, as if from my account manager, but this person does not identify him or herself by name. It says to "contact me directly", but it isn't signed by anyone, so I have no idea who is talking to me in this e-mail and I have no idea who to contact. If this is a canned e-mail, it is certainly bad form.
Also, this forum appears to be dead and I noticed there are no longer any active account managers available online. So, who sent me the e-mail, and why? Who do I contact to respond to the e-mail and inform them that I am working on active promotions to generate more leads?
