Sure, but it's just a matter of including the proper publication image either at the start or in the middle of the post.
Also the supplied text is not bad, but is more like sales copy than a real blog post. It might be good to just provide a list of points to make about a publication and let the blogger use them to create the post. Fake example:

New product news
New service news
Rack server reviews
IT help wanted ads
I just wanted to share another free publication that I subscribe to which is great for almost anyone in the computer industry: Infoworld. If you are just working with web sites it may not have too much for you, but anyone working in IT or a corporate computer environment will find the latest news of interest to IT Managers and staff. They also run a lot of hardware and software product reviews and have want ads that cover a number of job categories.
Providing the list of features will make it easy for us to write up some original content which is inportant for it to be indexed well in the search engines. Of course, it may be good to provide both, but I think it should be a little more generic and less like sales copy. :-)
