Reported Web Forgery!

You are here

While browsing the offer catalog this morning, I clicked on one of my subscription pages and discovered that Firefox says its a Reported Web Forgery! Not every subscription page generates this error; so far, I've only come across this single page.

I did some research and eventually filed an "Incorrect Forgery Alert" with Google Safe Browsing. Has anyone encountered this before? If so, did I do the right thing? How long does it take for Google to fix the situation?

Thanks,
Rising Suns

RisingSuns - I have a request that might be able to help us get to the bottom of this. Can you please email me a screen shot of what you're seeing? Also, what browser version are you using and what OS?

You can email the screen shot to knoonan@netline.com.

Thanks.

Our team did some investigating which I emailed you about.

The page appears to be clean now.

It's 10:53 EST on Tuesday, and it's still showing the warning.

It's showing just fine on my end. Work911 or RisingSuns, if you're having trouble, shoot me an email with a screen shot.

Thanks.

I believe it's using cookies/cache/IP so once you clear the warning, you might not see it again.
