Reporting issue

I know a website visitor requested a publication from our site with you and it's not showing up in my reports.

They requested the publication on 3-16-08 under a email address of **REMOVED**@gmail.com thier IP Address was **REMOVED**

Please advise as to what might be happening. They visited http://everythingwebrelated.tradepub.com/ to request the publication.

reports OK

Hi JoNathan. I just ran our reports here and it looks like the subscriber you mentioned signed up for Website Magazine on 3-15-08, not the 16th. This subscription is showing in your Report by Time Period and Report by Offer.

As far as I can tell the reports are showing this sign-up accurately. Please let me know if you have other questions.
