How i can know my account is Associate or fully functional??

As i try to get a text link from Promote page it's the link seems like this:

http://www.tradepub.com/c/pubRD.mpl/?sr=ps&_t=ps:w_text:&_m=01.00ev.1.0....

So i want to know where is my affiliate id???

I just see http://shoemoney.tradepub.com

How i can get co-branded site like this???

Why my affiliate id is not there instead of www

i can see other people link who have affiliate id like http://affiliateid.tradepub.com but my links have no id like this???

i just wasted my 1 month time to promoting tradepub offers on my newsletter and blog

Hi Manish. Thank you for inquiring about your partner status. When you first joined our program you were set up with an associate account. At that time you were given a tracking code for your promotions. Now that you're active in RevResponse, we're happy to set you up with a co-branded page.

I asked our developers to create one for you. You'll be getting an email from your account manager, Vince, with your new URL and instructions on promoting. Please ask him for advice about promotions or offers if you have specific questions regarding your account.

It's great to see you posting here on the forum and I look forward to helping you earn increased revenue with us.

I am tryint to do the same thing. I just want to replace the TradePub.com menu with our own. Can you give me some pointers of what to do in steps?
