I am forced to doubt on the reporting system, as the day I posted link to my site, I don't see a single subscription, which is very unlickly.

I posted links on 4th May on my website. Can you please check the links (ex: http://domain.tradepub.com/c/pubRD.mpl?sr=tk&_t=tk:pcwd&qf=ew) , I have used are correct and the reporting system is working fine?

Will appreciate a quick response!

Thanks!

they're working

Hi MagBomb,

Vince sent you an email a moment ago with some promotion tips to help you increase your subscriptions. I hope that these help you.

To address your concerns, Vince took a closer look and your links are working correctly. The reports you're seeing are accurate. He checked our internal traffic report and found that only 20 unique visitors came to your TradePub site. Of those 20, 1 completely filled out the form, and this subscription was rejected resulting in a rejection.

While the links that you're using are working correctly, you may want to simplify them. Try to promote directly to the magazines that you wish to promote on your TradePub.com site and use those links.

For example:
eWeek - http://domain.tradepub.com/free/ew/prgm.cgi
Cisco - http://domain.tradepub.com/free/ccen/prgm.cgi

I hope this helps. Don't hesitate to ask for help and we'll work to boost your subscriptions.

And http://domain.tradepub.com is working perfect, but the with www http://www.domain.tradepub.com it is not working. It seems to be a technical issue.

I just forwarded you Vince's

I just forwarded you Vince's email from earlier.

TradePub co-brand sites are not www sites. They are subdomains of TradePub.com and that is why that link does not work for you.

Agreed Karen. But it is

Agreed Karen.

But it is going into infinite loop, will leave a bad impression on website users. It would be great if it will be redirected properly.

There is technical issue in this. Instead of redirecting http://www.domain.tradepub.com to http://domain.tradepub.com, the system is adding one more www and redirecting it to http://www.www.domain.tradepub.com, that finally creates a infinite loop. Can you ask your technical team to fix this and redirect http://www.domain.tradepub.com to http://domain.tradepub.com, that will make more sense.

Thanks

Hi MagBomb, Allow me to

Hi MagBomb,

Allow me to clarify upon my prior statements. The links we provide to you are specifically formatted for your promotional purposes. You should never add a 'www' before your assigned sub-domain in the URL string or it will directly result in the outcome you provided.

The system is not adding anything else to your URL string. We only output URL strings in the following format: http://PARTNERNAME.tradepub.com

You will never see a 'WWW' in the URL's we provide. Please only use variants of the above URL structure to insure that you are rewarded with the compensation related to your promotions.

Let me know if this helped to address your question.
