I just signed up, so I may be missing an important piece of information that explains what's happening. I've included promotional text for RevResponse in the footer of my feed. In it is a link pointing to http://meandmydrum.tradepub.com/c/pubRD.mpl/?sr=ps&_t=ps:w_paraCwp:&_m=0....

However, that link brings you to a page that has the message "We're sorry, there are no selections available at this time. Please check again soon."

Am I supposed to be selecting products or is the link truly not working?

The link you're showing

The link you're showing filters to "flt=Rags". This filter doesn't exist. Are you trying to show your audience only magazines? If so, the link should be http://meandmydrum.tradepub.com/?pt=cat&page=Inet&flt=mag.

Let me know exactly what you're aiming to show and we'll make sure the link is directing your audience to the correct location.

That said, it is possible to land on a page with a message stating "We're sorry, there are no selections available at this time. Please check again soon." If you see this message, that does mean that we do not currently have any offers that meet your specified criteria. I'm not sure that is the case for what you're trying to do, so please let me know so we can help you direct your readers to the correct location to generate earnings with us.
