Offer Catalog stops working

The Offer Catalog seems not working. I was able to access it yesterday, but not today - I have tried many times, but I couldn't access it.

You are correct. We're working on correcting a few performance related issues that were the cause of your accessibility limitations.

As a consequence, we've decided to disable the Offer Catalog for maintenance and will re-release once things are stabilized.
