I've tried to to create a report of my earnings since my last payment, and if I search by day only one lead shows up for 5-31-08 since January 1st... if I do a monthly report the numbers are completely different... It seems my earnings are disappearing... Is this a glitch in the system?
Hi Michelle - it's not actually a glitch but it can be confusing. Our system holds daily data for up to three months but monthly data forever. The reason for this is to keep from overloading the system and making sure you can load your reports at a reasonable pace. The data in the monthly reports is accurate. If you need a daily breakdown, let your account manager know and they will get it to you.
