Are the widgets country sensitive? I mean does it show offers only applicable to the geographical area?

The widgets are

The widgets are geographically sensitive toward a few major regions. They read the IP address of your site visitor to display offers that are most likely to be relevant to their location. The widgets are able to display specific offers for various regions (US, Canada, UK, and India). Other countries will be shown offers that are internationally available but are not broken down by country.

While currently, the widgets display by regions only we are aggressively working on supporting targeting for every country in the near future.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't think that the widgets currently target India. I can see quite a few offers which are not eligible to residents of India.
