Hi my name is Jhusel and I'm from Peru and I like to know What I write here?
-Tax Classification: ¿?
-Tax Class - Other: ¿?
-Tax Payer ID# / W9: ¿?
Or it's only required for US address but in my account said: "PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive payment from us until this section has been completed"

Thanks for being so thorough. Those fields are only required by partners located in the U.S. So you're good to be paid if all other parts of the form are filled out.
