Regarding My December 2008 Payment

Dear Karen or Vince Chiarlone

I saw on my payment report that I've already get paid on 2008-12-15. But I didn't got the check .Till now i haven't received my check which was suppose to be my first payment from your site .My mode of payment is check and i am staying in India.Can you please conform me when i will receive my December 2008 Payment.

2008-12-15 December 2008 Payment check $245.34 15137

Hi Kumarvine,
Because of the US holiday and your selected method of payment, we can't be entirely sure when the check will be delivered. I know it was mailed on 12/15. Being overseas I know that mail takes longer than would be ideal.

If you do not receive the check by the end of January, please let me know and I'll make a note to reissue a check to you.

You can always consider changing your payment method to PayPal to speed the process.

Regarding my check

Till now i didn't received any check from your side.I had change my contact information recently .Please reissue my check to that address.Please fill my complete address and send the check as soon as possible .I am very thankful for that.

re-issue

Hi Kumar,
I verified that the payments have been sent and were sent to the address you've updated in your account. The payment has yet to be cashed. They may have been lost in transit. After 60 days we can void the checks and re-issue them. That means we will void and re-send your check on 2/13 if they have yet to be cashed.
