I have problems with my Reports by Time Period

Hi team of Revresponse I have problems with my Report by Time Period, since 2009-03-01 to 2009-06-09 these are my reports.

Report Time by day: $86.44
Report Time by week: $86.44
Report Time by month: $106.96

Why the diference between day, week and month? Because I was watching daily my reports and I should receive my payment this month (from March $43.66 and April $ 17.73 being the sum of $61.39)...

The problem it's on March: 2009-03-01 to 2009-03-31

Report Time by day: $23.14
Report Time by week: $26.34
Report Time by month: $43.66

I hope you can help and solve me my doubts...I want to know if I get my payment this month?

Hi Jhusel,

Thanks for being so diligent when checking the reports. There is nothing wrong with the reports, it's just the length of time that the daily stats are available that is causing the confusion.

When viewing statistics by day, the data is only available for the past 90 days. This is an effort to keep the load time for the reports manageable. To see accurate earning totals for periods of longer than 3 months, view the report by month.

Since you are looking in March, the daily and weekly data for March 1-10 is missing because we've passed that 3 month mark. The earnings you find when you search report by month are accurate. (The $106.96 and $43.66 are the correct earning amounts).

The total from March and April will be paid out to you when we make our payments this month around the 15th.
