RevResponse is back up and running.
The partner portal was down for a few hours this morning because of some server issues. We have fixed the problem and everything is back to normal.
Please Note: Only the RevResponse portal was affected. All of the offer pages and reports have been, and continue to, work fine.

You guys really improvement in your tech department. Cause of these technical issues i have lost around $1000 in revenue last month.

I apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced because of the portal outage yesterday morning. I want to reiterate that the co-branded sites (tradepub.com) were unaffected by this outage yesterday. What this means is that any existing promotions you were running continued to work and visitors to your site were able to sign up for offers. The outage just meant that you (our partners) did not have access to the reports, the offer catalog and other tools on the revresponse.com site during the outage, but that your visitors were unaffected.
I know we have had two outages on the tradepub.com site this year that did affect visitors and revenue – one on Sunday, March 28 for 3 hours and an intermittent one on the weekend of May 2. In both cases, we had our engineers working on the issue immediately and the system was restored as soon as possible. I know it affects the promotions you are doing. These systems are as critical to our business as they are to our partner relationships and we do everything we can to get them fixed as quickly as possible.
I want to assure you that we do our best to make sure our infrastructure is reliable. All of our visitor-facing sites (SITE.tradepub.com) run on multiple, redundant, load-balanced servers. However, even with the best of systems, there are new issues that crop up, denial-of-service attacks and other security threats that we have to constantly be on the watch for. We have alerts in place that monitor all the health parameters of our infrastructure – our IT team responds as quickly as possible once we are alerted of a problem.
We take our site reliability very seriously and hope that reassures you that you can depend on us.

Seems to be down intermittently. The main site (tradepub.com) is accessible but the domain.tradepub.com sites seem down.
Working On Our End
Hi Halcyon,
We've checked out all of the machines that serve the TradePub pages and there are no abnormalities. Our monitoring shows everything as being normal for the home page, forms, and images.
If you can describe what you mean by down (server time out? host unknown? partial page loads? other?) and intermittently (is it every minute, 5 min, ... every other reload, minutes at a time?) then we might be able to narrow down what is causing the disruption you are seeing.
