How do you get the menu on the side?

How do I get the menu on the side? I pasted the header and footer, but don't know where to paste the menu. My site is http://www.freenclearstuff.com - I would also like a dropdown of categories that are already on MY website like the one that's there. Is that possible?

It's been three days since I

It's been three days since I posed this question and I haven't gotten any help yet. I just redid my entire site and the co-branded site wizard doesn't have an option for the sidebar
