Hi bigdoggie - Our team is working on something similar to what you're suggesting as I type this. By 2009 we are planning to release a tool that will allow you to choose the offers you want to display in our ad creatives.
That said, the purpose of this post is to encourage you to think outside of the IAB box. We know it is simple to add banners and widgets to the traditional ad spaces of your site, but we also know that it isn't the most profitable way to go. As this post suggests, writing about or featuring any given offer within the content of your site will bring you the most success and the most money.
