Unplanned TradePub Outage Debrief

TradePub.com and its publisher sub-domain network experienced some unexpected downtime on Monday, April 29th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and want to take a minute to recap what happened.

Around 5:30am EST, alerts started going off for various components in the Tradepub server architecture relating to a number of our web servers locking up with a huge number of processes. The characteristics we experienced were not indicative of human generated traffic. During this time, visitors to TradePub were unable to reach and/or download offers. Our team worked non-stop to quickly recover and were able to stabilize everything as quickly as possible.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you or your visitors may have experienced. You should know your RevResponse account, information, and user data were in no way affected. We’ve determined the root of the issue and have a process in place to ensure it does not happen again.

It goes without saying that we will gladly assist with any user generated complaints and/or comments that may have been reported to you during the down time. Please feel free to forward any email complaints or comments directly to us at partnerservices@revresponse.com.

RSS Ticker/Count for RSS to Email is not yet working. When can it start working?

Hey AgentDeepak,

To fix the issue, I can either send you a new code file or you can go in and change "rssticker.cgi" to "rssticker.mpl" (just replacing the extension). I'm posting this here in case someone else has the same problem and I'll send you an email with full details in a few to make sure you have my personal information so we can get it working for you.
